Here the dinner location changes daily, from an ancient and traditional cellar offering creative interpretations of South Tyrolean cuisine, to a noble residence with fine wines and Italian gusto on your plate. You decide how often you want to enjoy dinner-hopping – at the moment when you want to book yourself your happiness.

Trained hands lead you into a world where thought is no more. Picnic basket – to go

A pleasure to take away with you, a range of carefully chosen delights in the GIUS picnic basket for enjoying in what is probably the world’s most beautiful restaurant – Mother Nature. In the open air, in natural surroundings, among pretty flowers with the scent of fresh air. Moments of happiness to delight the palate.
Local and Mediterranean delicacies for eating and drinking, spices, glasses, cutlery & crockery, even a picnic blanket – all of this is provided in the GIUS basket to go. Where to go – that is for you to decide.

Starry starry night

Count the stars under the heavens, breathe in the night air, dream in the moonlight. A night on the GIUS “VISTA” roof terrace with the star-bright backdrop of Lake Kaltern and its surrounding landscape, asleep in complete freedom, sleeping outside in style.
This moment of happiness is for you alone – as our roof terrace is reserved exclusively for you from 8 pm – as are a bottle of sparkling wine and little treats for you to nibble as you enjoy a truly star-studded programme up on the terrace.
