Let us know your estimated arrival time and we will do our best to ensure that your suite is ready for you. In general, suites are ready from 15.00. Departure time is 11.00.
Booking Terms & Conditions:
Please understand that your reservation is only confirmed upon reciept of a deposit of 30% of the total price. For your security we offer a special cancellation insurance that we will happily arrange for you.
Prices:
Prices quoted in the price list are per person per day and include Breakfast. The local tax (€3,00 per person and day) has to be paid on site. There is no change in price if breakfast or the other services are not taken.
Free parking in the garage:
The safe CCTV monitored garage located three minutes from the hotel is available free of charge for the duration of your stay.
Dogs:
If you would like to bring your dog with you please also bring a basket or blanket. Additional cost €18 per day excluding food. Any damage or excessive dirt caused are not included in the price.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are only accepted in written form. Up to 31 days before the day of arrival, there are no cancellation costs. From the 30th day prior arrival or in case of early departure, we charge 100% of the agreed price. We recommend you to purchase the European travel insurance.
Jurisdiction:
The competent court is Bolzano. Italian law applies.
